I wish more people like Edith would see the beauty in having oneself being photographed in their homes, as they are and as it is.   This was a present to her kids.

  1. Absolutely wonderful pictures. I am sure that her children and grand children will cherish them. Shows such a lively person and a house full of memories. I wish that I had pictures like that of my grandmother’s house or even of my childhood home for next generations and when memories start to fail. Such a great idea.

  2. Amanda, these are wonderful. What a truly amazing gift. Just wonderful.

  3. speechless. love people and love this.
some ask why i like real estate photography, but this is why. you get to go into people’s homes and talk to them and see their world.

  4. Beautiful Amanda! you see too many photographs of young people, and not enough of this. very moving! :) especially love the two with the window where your reflection is visible too :)
